Return Policy

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Upon presentation of your  electronic invoice, if you would like to return a new and unused item and returned merchandise in its original packaging, your return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the goods. Any refund will be made in the same form a s the original payment.

Please note that we do not refund the delivery and oversized item fees that may have been charged to you when you purchased online. Equipements Physika is not responsible for shipping, handling, packaging, and other costs for the goods returned to our distribution center.

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: Order of a Matrix product or another brand than Equipements Physika that has been ordered.

Exchanges

Equipements Physika will accept to exchange new, unused and returned merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt of the new product.

Preparing your order for return:

1. Please put the unused/undamaged item back into the original package with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.

2. Bring your e-bill with you to the store as proof of the purchase and the amount paid.

3. To secure credit, items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

4. If your purchase was made in full or in part with a promotional card, the in-store refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
